Allyson Wolfe is the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Cultural Officer and is responsible for directing all the people functions of Galen College of Nursing.  A member of the CEO’s Cabinet, Ms. Wolfe influences and supports the culture of the College through training, coaching, and development of programs to ensure all employees implement the attitudes, experiences, ethics, and values of the College. Joining Galen in 2017, Ms. Wolfe brings more than 24 years of HR experience in a variety of industries, having served most recently as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons, LLC. She has held various strategic HR roles at Norton Healthcare, Kindred Healthcare, and Humana, among others. Ms. Wolfe holds a Masters in Business Administration and graduated as part of the inaugural cohort from the Executive MBA program with the University of Louisville and University of Kentucky.  She also holds a BSBA from the University of Louisville. Ms. Wolfe is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.  She also served as President of the Louisville Society of Human Resource Management (LSHRM) in 2013 and was named 20 People to Know: Human Resources by Louisville Business First in May 2014.
