Galen consists of a Main Campus located in Kentucky and off-campus instructional sites in Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Branch campus accreditation is dependent upon the continued accreditation of the Main Campus.
