Submitting Your Documentation

After you apply to Galen College of Nursing and if you are admitted, we email you a link to a portal where you’ll upload your required supporting documents (including Background Check, Clinical Requirements, and Drug Testing). We collect this documentation to comply with hospital and public health immunization requirements. 

You must supply a copy of all requested documents as part of the admission process. Keep your original documents for your records. If you need help, please contact your registrar.
