On-Campus or Virtual Appointments are available everyday during the week.
We highly recommend On-Campus Appointments, so you can see the campus for yourself! You can visit our classrooms, clinical and simulation labs, and experience what it’s like to be a Galen student. Virtual Appointments are hosted over Zoom and are a great way to get started if you’re unable to come to campus.
If you don’t have time for a call, you can self-schedule right here! Simply choose an open date (look for the light blue circle) on the calendar, select the time that works for you, and fill out the short form. You’re all set!

On-Campus Walk-In
You are welcome to come to campus Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am – 4 pm or Friday from 8:30 am – 2 pm and an enrollment counselor can facilitate an appointment on the spot with you.
On Demand Appointment
You can also call us Monday-Thursday from 9 am – 4 pm or Friday from 9 am – 2 pm at 352-224-7324 to have your admissions appointment on demand.
Our campus is located east of the intersection of SW 75th St (Tower Rd) and SW 24th Ave. You’ll find us situated between Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center and Gainesville Country Day School. We are directly across the street from Kiss 105.3. Look for the Galen banners outside our entrance to turn into the parking lot.

Walk up to the main door of the Galen building. The main entrance is next to a small fountain. Our receptionist, Kim, will buzz you in and get you checked in for your appointment.
The biggest challenge students face is finding the link for the appointment in their email. The email with the link comes from inquiries@galencollege.edu and is called “Admissions Appointment Reminder”. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam and junk folders just in case the email was flagged. Gmail is notorious for this.
You can connect to Zoom Presentation via cell phone or laptop. Be sure to connect to stable Wi-Fi and find a quiet place. We encourage you to have your camera on during the presentation. We’d like to meet and see you! We discourage driving during the presentation and encourage you to be ready to engage with your Galen Enrollment Counselor. We recommend that you join the presentation 5 minutes early.
Please be aware this appointment is likely to be a group meeting, not a one-on-one. However, we do our best to keep the group small to allow plenty of time for introductions and questions. To respect the group, please log on in a location that will not cause distractions.
