The only out-of-pocket expenses HCA Healthcare nurses are responsible for are their books.

Galen’s Online MSN Nursing and Healthcare Leadership program was developed in collaboration with HCA Healthcare leaders, and Galen’s academic and subject matter experts. This partnership is a unique and crucial step toward bridging the gap between education and practice.
Based on the nurse leader competencies developed by American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) and jointly developed by HCA leaders, this program provides knowledge and skill development for baccalaureate-prepared nurses interested in advancing into a leadership role within the healthcare setting.
