A Year of Impact

As we look back on 2025, one thing is clear: this was a year defined by growth, service, and the extraordinary dedication of the Galen community.

Across campuses, classrooms, clinical sites and communities nationwide, our colleagues came together to advance Galen’s mission — preparing compassionate, practice-ready nurses while showing up for the communities we serve. The impact of that shared commitment can be seen in every milestone reached this year.

Growing Our Reach

In 2025, Galen proudly expanded its footprint with four new campus locations, welcoming students and colleagues in San Antonio, Orlando, Aurora, and Savannah. These openings represent more than physical growth — they reflect our continued commitment to meeting the nursing workforce needs of communities across the country.

Celebrating Student Success

This year, 6,556 Galen students graduated, marking a major milestone in their journeys toward meaningful nursing careers. Along the way, our students completed an incredible 3,551,230 clinical hours, gaining hands-on experience and making a real difference in patient care settings nationwide.

Behind every graduate is a network of faculty, staff, and clinical partners whose guidance and support help turn aspiration into achievement.

Strengthening Our Community

Galen’s growth in 2025 was powered by people. We welcomed more than 900 new colleagues across the organization — faculty, staff, and leaders who bring passion, expertise, and heart to everything they do.

Together, we also extended Galen’s impact beyond campus walls by participating in 55 community events and health walk sponsorships across the country. These moments of connection underscore our belief that nursing education and community care go hand in hand.

Giving Back and Supporting Well-Being

Throughout the year, Galen campuses found meaningful ways to support both local communities and one another. During the holiday season, more than 160 Thanksgiving meals were donated and gifted across campuses, helping ensure families could gather and celebrate.

We also continued to prioritize wellness and connection on campus, welcoming 12 therapy animals for more than 25 visits. These moments of stress relief and joy offered students and colleagues a chance to recharge during busy academic periods.

Looking Ahead

Every milestone reached in 2025 was made possible by the hard work, dedication and collaboration of Galen colleagues across the country. From opening new campuses to supporting students, serving communities and caring for one another, this year reflected the very best of who we are.

As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with gratitude for what we’ve accomplished together — and excitement for what’s still to come.
