Enroll in one of our convenient online options, tailored to help you reach your goals. Depending on your desired specialty, choose between a Nursing & Healthcare Leadership program and a Nurse Educator program. With three start times per year, begin when you’re ready and complete the online MSN program in as little as two years.

The curriculum for this MSN option reflects competencies developed by the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL). Through the MSN classes and practicum, you finish prepared to advance to a leadership role you’re passionate about.
As a graduate, you will be prepared for current and emerging leadership roles with a focus on quality and safety to improve the patient care experience and health outcomes. You will be prepared to lead change and implement strategies to reduce healthcare costs, advocate for nursing, work in the co-creation of innovative and collaborative healthcare models, and help improve the work life balance of healthcare providers and environments. The program culminates in intensive, leadership experiences in which students work with a nursing leader in a healthcare setting.

The curriculum for this MSN option reflects competencies developed by the National League for Nursing (NLN) and integrates core master’s-level concepts and education-focused courses. Comprehensive, individualized practicum experiences give you the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced nurse educator preceptor in an academic or healthcare setting. After you complete this program, you are eligible to take the Certified Nurse Educator (CNE®) examination. Then you’re ready to get to work transforming nursing education in academic and clinical settings.
Take all your classes online and you can continue working while you study. Throughout this 2-year program, focus on one half-semester course at a time. Each 8-week module is asynchronous and carefully paced to keep you moving through your coursework from week to week.
You can learn a lot throughout this graduate program and have fun doing it. Your courses feature materials developed by course faculty and industry experts, interactive animations, and informative videos.
