Readmissions

students seeking readmission

A former student may apply for readmission by submitting an Application for Readmission. In order to secure your enrollment for your desired start date, we recommend completing these steps as soon as possible. To see our full policy on readmissions, please read our Readmissions Policy found in the Student Catalogs.

1

Submit Readmissions Application

Former Galen students who are interested in applying for readmission into their program of study can access the Readmissions Application through the link below. To review Galen’s policy on readmissions, please read our Readmissions Policy found in the Student Catalogs. For any questions about the readmission process, please reach out to readmissions@galencollege.edu.

2

Submit Acceptance and Enrollment Documents

Submit any transcripts if you have attended another educational institution since leaving Galen College of Nursing. Transcripts can be sent to readmissions@galencollege.edu.

If you are planning to use Financial Aid, submit all items on the Financial Aid Checklist and any other documents requested by the Financial Aid department.

If you have previously declined financial assistance, but now wish to request aid, complete the Decline-Rescind Form of Financial Assistance.

Galen’s school code for the FAFSA is 015924. Our financial aid advisors are here to help if you would like assistance.

Once you receive notification that your financial aid package has been finalized, you are ready to make your enrollment appointment.

3

Schedule Enrollment Appointment

In order to schedule an enrollment appointment, please contact the readmissions team by sending an email to readmissions@galencollege.edu or by calling (502) 882-0900.
