With over 20 years of experience in financial leadership and strategic business planning, Kevin Delano brings a wealth of expertise to Galen. His background in managing complex finance structures and analytical systems has consistently driven improved internal governance and revenue performance. An accomplished leader, Delano’s skill in developing new business strategies and managing growth is crucial in supporting Galen’s mission to expand access to nursing education nationwide.

Before joining Galen, Delano was the operating partner of his professional services company, where he focused on enhancing reporting and process improvement to ensure transparency and accountability. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Rasmussen University, overseeing financial operations and team development across 23 campuses in six states. His early career included leadership roles at Nokia and IBM, where he excelled in financial analysis, product roadmap planning, and the continuous improvement of global finance and operational processes.

As CFO, Delano provides strategic leadership while overseeing Galen’s financial health and fiscal governance. He leads finance and accounting operations, forecasting, information technology, and strategic planning for the College.
