Sherri Neal

Sherri Crowley is Chief Culture and Values Officer for HCA Healthcare and is responsible for instilling a culture that values the unique and intrinsic worth of each individual, positively impacting patients, colleagues, and communities.

Her innovative focus on providing the best possible care for our patients has resulted in improvement strategies to increase access for all. In addition, she has led a cross-functional team to support improving external web accessibility, enabling patients to understand, navigate, and interact with HCA Healthcare digital access points.

Sherri has unlocked opportunities for colleagues through multiple award-winning models that advanced HCA Healthcare’s commitment to a respectful workplace. Her team actively supports the military community and their transition to civilian life, consistently earning the organization designation as a Military Friendly Employer and a “Best for Vets” employer. Through her team’s efforts, HCA Healthcare has also been named a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion.” In addition, the company received industry recognition for the HCA Healthcare Scholars 365 Program, BRAVE Conversations program, as well as education and training modules, developed under her leadership.

Sherri’s commitment to improving the health of communities is visible through her work spearheading strategic partnerships with educational universities within the HCA Healthcare’s footprint that enable the organization to secure a strong pipeline of healthcare leaders who understand the communities it serves. She has also been integral in helping to identify national organizations with which the organization can collaborate to create solutions that improve health outcomes for all.

Sherri has a BS from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Science in Sustainable Management also from the University of Wisconsin (Superior).
