Rebecca Love is a prominent advocate for nurse-led innovation in healthcare. Currently serving as Chief Clinical Officer for Quadrivia AI, she oversees the entire clinical organization, leading both physician and nursing teams to shape the future of healthcare delivery through advanced AI technologies.

Her career spans roles such as Chief Clinical Officer at IntelyCare and Director of Nurse Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Northeastern University. She founded HireNurses.com, which was acquired in 2018, and founded two nursing non-profits: Sonsiel and The Commission for Nurse Reimbursement. She is a TED speaker on nurse innovation, holds visiting professorships, and contributes to various healthcare initiatives. She is a Top LinkedIn Voice, with over 74,000 LinkedIn followers, she’s an influential voice in nursing leadership, healthcare innovation, and workforce solutions, dedicated to expanding the impact of the nursing profession through innovation, technology and education.

Lynda graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She has been married to her husband, Rob, for 29 years, and they have been blessed with two amazing children. In her spare time, she enjoys playing pickleball, walking the dogs, reading, baking, and spending time with friends and family. Lynda remains very connected to the nursing profession as a passionate advocate and ally.
