Congratulations on being accepted into Galen’s next class starting April 6, 2026. You’re so close to finishing your enrollment! It looks like we are missing a few important steps from you. Check out this checklist below to see what you may need to complete!

Submit Your Documents

Upload Proof of Graduation: send us your transcripts or diploma (from high school or college).
Optional Documents: If you would like to apply for Financial Aid, submit all items on the Financial Aid Checklist.

Contact your Enrollment Counselor at 513-475-3636 ASAP if you need help.

Schedule your Enrollment Appt

If you’ve already submitted all required documents, call your Enrollment Counselor at 513-475-3636 ASAP to schedule an Enrollment Appointment. During this time, we’ll finish final paperwork together and prepare you to register for classes!

Next, make sure you’re signed-up for New Student Orientation (NSO) on September 17th!

During this event, you’ll get to meet your new classmates & professors, receive your student ID, learn more about available resources as a Galen student and more!
