Cole Leslie 

Vice President of Enrollment Management

With nearly two decades of experience in higher education, Cole brings a strong background in leadership, team development, and institutional growth.  

Over the past eighteen years, he has led both small and large teams across a range of roles. Most recently, he spent eight years working closely with a nursing college to support its expansion, helping to launch more than twenty new locations.  

As VP of Enrollment Management at Galen, Cole focuses on enrollment policy and procedures and innovative strategies to connect with prospective students. He is also dedicated to increasing the student population and developing the next generation of leaders. 

Cole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s in Educational Leadership. His academic background and professional experience have equipped him to guide teams, drive progress, and create positive student experiences.
